Typically, our responsibility begins once the Bill of Lading is signed and ends upon delivery at the designated transit point. We aren't responsible for delays caused by weather, customs bottlenecks, or global pandemics. That's just the reality of transit forwarding today.

Liability Note: KINGS WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS LLC limits liability to statutory minimums unless additional transit insurance is explicitly purchased.

2. Freight Handling & Risk
